Be it enacted the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the }¤¤‘g,F·I>·v¤¤1>·*¤· Interior be, and he IS hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the °° °°' pension roll thename of Mary F. Davenport, widow of Dudley Davenport, late iirst lieutenant of the steamer Caleb Cushing, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month. Approved, June 3, 1896. CHAP. 320.-—lAn Act Granting pension to Henry V. Andrews, of Fulton County, Jun, 3_ 1g9s, Illinois, a survivor of the Black awk war. -———1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the {_i¤¤¤y V-A¤•ir¤w¤· Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the °" °"‘ pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Henry V. Andrews, of Fulton County, Illinois, and to pay the said Henry V. Andrews a pension of eight dollars per month from the date of the passage of this Act. Approved, June 3, 1896. CHAP. 321.-An Act Granting a pension to Cynthia A. Lapham, widow of Wil- J'“‘°3· Is"- liam B. Lapham. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the gy¤t¥¤hA.L•pl¤m. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the °'“ °"‘ pension roll of the United States the name of Cynthia A. Lapham, the widow of Wihiam B. Lapham, formerly first lieutenant Twenty-third Maine Volunteer Infantry, first lieutenant Seventh Maine Volunteer Light Battery, and captain and assistant quartermaster United States Volunteers, at the rate of seventeen dollars per month. Approved, June 3, 1896. CHAP. 322.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to James P. Hurley. June n, 1896. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatires of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the ·};•¤¤¤;¤ Pi Hnrleh Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the °"’ °“ “°'°"° ‘ pension of James P. Hurley, private Company G, Twenty-eighth Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, and Company C, Thirteenth Regiment Veteran Reserve Corps, to thirty dollars per mouth, in lieu of that he now receives. Approved, June 3, 1896. CHAP. 323.——An Act Granting a pension to John Dalton. June 3, 1896. M Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the ·{·;l:;,£_?l*°¤· Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the ` pension rolls of the United States the name of John Dalton, of Lamar, Missouri, who was employed as a teamster in the Quartermaster- General’s Department during the war of the rebellion, and who, while serving as such in the line of his duty, was wounded in the left thigh by a musket ball at and during the battle of Marks Mill, Arkansas, on the twenty- third day of April, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
