Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United gjggggiméa States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the °Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Solomon Hyams, of Charleston, South Carolina, Indian war survivor, to twenty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension now received by him, under certiiicate numbered thirteen hundred and fifty-two.
