Rawlings, who served as a private from September thirtieth, eighteen hundred and thirty-six, to March thirtieth, eighteen hundred and thirty-seven, in Captain Bateman’s company of Mounted Arkansas Volunteers, in the Sabine war. Woolley Palmeter, daughter of Jonathan Woolley, who was a soldier and pensioner of the Revolutionary war, at the rate of twelve dollars per month from and after the passage of this Act.
