Rickards, deceased.1-*-; Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the gx8g?}: ,}f°k‘{{"*·d Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the children. B8 an pension roll, at the rate of twelve dollars per month, the name of Lucinda Rickards, the widow, and the names of Henry, Lon, and Frank, the children, of John D. Rickards, a private in Company A, Sixty-ninth Regiment of Enrolled Missouri Militia, at the rate of two dollars per month each, subject to the provisions and limitations of the general pension laws. Approved, January 16, 1897. CHAP. 42.-An Act Granting a pension to Margaret J. Young. ·T¤·¤¤MT 16. 1897- Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the §{,“,f§j‘,‘,,‘f° "·Y°“"¥· Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll the name of Margaret J. Young, dependent foster mother of John H. Jones, late a private in Company F, Twenty-fifth Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension of twelve dollars per month. Approved, January 16, 1897. _ CHAP. 43.-An Act For the relief of M. R. William Grebe. January 16, 1897. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War be, Gag; R· Wi111¤¤¤ and he is hereby, authorized and directed to revoke the order by which c¤$insu somatic M. R. Wihiam Grebe was dismissed from the military service of the ***°°‘*°’¤°· United States as a captain of the Fourth Missouri Volunteer Cavalry, and to honorably discharge said Grebe, to date from the twelfth day of December, eighteen hundred and sixty-four: Provided, That nothing §r•¤#·<>· t herein shall entitle said M. R.WiHiam Grebe to any back pay or allow- ° °"’° °‘ ances to which he might have been entitled but for the action of such court-martial. Received by the President, January 5, 1897. Mallory. January 16, 1897. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the ggggcfijgegégd Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the ' pension of Helen M. Mallery, widow of Garrick Mallery, late captain and brevet lieutenant colonel United States Army and lieutenantcolouel Thirteenth Pennsylvania Cavalry and brevet colonel United States Volunteers, to fifty dollars per month, and pay her a pension hereafter at that rate.
