Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of Ameriea in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of War ·T°**'* D¤¤°¤¤· be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to issue an honorable mgwg h°°°mm° discharge as of date April thirtieth, eighteen hundred and sixty- three, to John Duncan, late of Company D, Twenty-fifth Missouri Infantry, and to correct his military record accordingly as it appears in the archives of the War Department. Walker, late a private in Company B, Fourth Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 4, 1897.
