Ferree, late a private in Company E, Twenty-second, and first sergeant in Company E, Fifty-ninth, Regimeuts of Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension of thirty o lars per month. Way, of Los Angeles, California, on the pension roll as army nurse, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars a month from and after the passage of this Act.
