Molder, late a private in Captain John Miser’s Company, Hempstead County Arkansas Militia, and to pay him a pension of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 3, 1897. March 3, 1897. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United gm, Awww- States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the ` Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Abner Abercrombie, of Monroe County, Georgia, late a private in Captain Ashurst’s Company of Alabama Volunteers in the Indian war of eighteen hundred and thirty-eight, at the rate of eight dollars per month. Kirkpatrick, widow of William A. Kirkpatrick, late a sergeant and second lieutenant in Company F, Sixty- thirg Regiment of Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay ber a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month. Donohue, of Shelby County, Kentucky, late a private in Company A, Fifteenth Kentucky Regiment, on the pension roll as a pensioner at the rate of twelve dollars per month instead of six dollars per month, which he now receives.
