Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That all real estate lying in Miami Mcnuuy. the District of Columbia heretofore purchased by and conveyed to ,,§§‘j’3§’§n°§0Q}ggf,f_§ Michael McNulty, of said District, prior to the passage of this Act, be ` relieved and exempted from the operation of an Act entitled “An Act v01.z4,p.4m to restrict the ownership of real estate in the Territories to American citizens," approved March third, eighteen hundred and eightyseven ; and all forfeitures incurred by force of said Act are, in respect of such real estate, hereby remitted. . _ Approved, July 2, 1898.
