Bc it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United S1g_¤¤vA;G¤¤¤¤5- States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the °"°`°°"°°""°° ° Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Susan A. Gummer, widow of John Gummer, late second lieutenant Company E, Thirty-third Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-tour _ dollars per month in lieu of that she now receives. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United · %<>1>¤r¤S;M¤<¤¤¤·d· States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the °°°'°° m°Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension ‘ laws, the name of Robert S. Moorhead, late a private in Company D, One hundred and forty-fifth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of the pension he now receives.· Approved, February 28, 1899. Thomas, late a private in Company I, Thirty-sixth Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and Company I), Fifth United States Veteran Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month, and also two dollars plermonth in; addition on account of each of her minor children during cir minori y.
