Okla- AT THE CENTRAL BRANCH, AT DAYToN, Omo: For current expenses, namely: Pay of officers and noncommissionedotiicers of the Home, with such exceptions as are hereinafter noted, and their clerks and orderlies; also payments for chaplains and religious instruction, printers, bookbinders, librarians, musicians, telegraph and telephone operators, guards, policemen, watchmen, and fire company; for all property and materials purchased for the1r_ use, mcluding repairs not done by the Home; for necessary expenditures for art1cles of amusement, boats, library books, magazines, papers, pictures, and musical instruments, and for repairs not done by the Home; and for stationery, aclvertismg, legal advice, for (payments due heirs of deceased members, and for such other expen 1tures as cannot properly be included under other geafls of expenditure, fifty-one thousand seven hundred and fifty o ars. .- Sabsislaaaa- For subsistence, namely: Pay of commissary sergeants, commissary clerks, porters, laborers, bakers, cooks, dishvgashers, vgaitiers, and others employed in the subsistence department· the cost o a artic es purchased for the regular ration, their freight, preparation, and serving; aprons, caps, and jackets for kitchen and dining-room employees; of tobacco; of all dining-room and kitchen furniture and utensils, bakers’ and butchers’ tools and appliances, and their repair not done by the , Home, two hundred and fifty thousand dollars.
