Bessom, deceased, late a private in Company C, Eighth Regiment Massachusetts Infantry Volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. , Approved, March 20, 1900. CHAP. 49.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to William Hamley.
