 #1900- CHAP. 168.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Alfred Bigelow.

_ Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, that the Secretary of the `Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Alfred Bigelow, late of Company A, Nineteenth New York Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of eighteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 4, 1900.

April 4, 1900;_ CHAP. 169.-An Act Granting a pension to Mary A. Randall. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws,the name of Mary A. Randall, dependent mother of Frank B. Randall, late chief engineer of the United States revenue cutter McCulloch, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month. Approved, April 4, 1900.
