Snyder, late first lieutenantof Company I, One hundred and ninety-ninth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty-five dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. ~ Approved, April 17, 1900.
