Hall, widow of Joseph S. Hall, late iirst lieutenant in Company E, Fifteenth Regiment Vermont Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. _ Approved, April 17, 1900.
