Payne, late a nurse in the medical department of United States Volunteers, and pay her a pension of twenty- four dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, April 23, 1900. Dukate, late assistant surgeon, Fifty-third Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infanltry, and pay him a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per mont . Approved, April 23, 1900.
