Floyd, widow of Joel G. Floyd, late private, Company A, Twenty-third Regiment, and sergeant, Company ll. Sixty-first Regiment, Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-two dollars per month Vin lieu of that she is now receiving: Provided, bcwever, That in the case of the _§;E3@i<;.¤ deathof the epileptic child, T.
