Be it enacted bg the Senate and House of Riyresentatioes of t/ie United ·{,‘§g{§§·M°G““a"· States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the lprovisions and limitations of the jiension laws, the name of Joseph . McGahan, late of Company C, hirty- second Refgiment, Enrolled Missouri Militia, and pay him a pension at the rate o twelve dollars per month. Approved, June 5, 1900. June 5, 1900.
