Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rripresentatives of the United ` {,*§,‘}§§,,’}·T““°“· States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subgect to the provisions and limitationsof the pension aws, the name 0 James A. ulloss, late of Captain Terry’s company, Tennessee Mounted Volunteers, for the protection of the Sabine frontier, and pay him a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Hall, the blind and dependent son of Andrew L. Hall, late of Company C, First Battalion Maine Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Horn, late colonel Sixth Regiment Maryland Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month and two dollars per month additional on account of each minor child of the officer.
