Be it enacted by the Senate and House ofR$resentatiies of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the *,§g,:Q,%§·B°ll· Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the ` pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Annie E. Bell, widow of George W. Bell, late of Company A, Second Regiment New York Volunteer Cavalry, and lpay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month, and two dollars per month additional for the minor child of said soldier. _ Approved, June 7, 1900. ‘ CHAP. 907.-An Act Granting a pension to Zylpha J. Kelly. June 7, 1900. Be it enacted by the Senate and House ofR'F§resentat2h;es of the United States of America in Congress assembled, at the Secretary of the f,;j1lg!:DJ·K¤IlY· Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the ' pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the Bension laws, the name of Zyxlpha J. Kelly, late a nurse in the Medical epartment, United States olunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, June 7, 1900. ' CHAP. 908.-An Act Granting a pension to Amanda Hurd. June 7, 1900. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rrlegresentatifves of the United States of America in Congress assembled, at the Secretary of the ¢I§g¤1$;1¤H¤!**~ Interior be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the ' pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Amanda Hurd, destitute and insane daug ter of ‘ Isaac Hurd, late of Captain Burton Strait’s company of Vermont Volunteers, war of eighteen hundred and twelve, and uipon the applointment of a guardian of the person and estate of said Amanda urd, ppy to said guardian, for the sole and exclusive benefit of said Amanda urd, a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month from the date of the passage of this Act. Approved, June 7, 1900. CHAP. 909.-An Act Granting a pension to Maria V. Sperry. June 7, 1900. Be it enacted by the Senate a/nd House of Rwesentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, at the Secretary of the §g$0X-SP*=¤'Y- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the ' pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Maria V. Sperry, widow of William Sperry, late private of Company K, Fifth Regiment West Virginia Volunteer nfantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight do lars per month, such pension, owever, to cease upon proof that the soldier named in the bill is living.
