Approved, January 14, 1901. CHAP. 40.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mary V. Wilmarth. January 14, 1901. Be it enacted by the Senate and House ofR?resentatives the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Mars; V.Wi1mmh. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the P°°°"°"m"°°S°d‘ pension roll, subject to the pspovisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Mary V. ilmarth, widow of Roswell S. Wi marth, late second lieutenant Company D, Sixty-fourth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
