' Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rriplresentatives of the United §g§§,§§, §,‘§}§,,m_ States of America in Congress assembled, at the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Kate ond, widow of Richard H. Pond, late first lieutenant, Twelfth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay her a · pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month, and two dollars per month additional for the minor child of the officer in lieu of that she is now receiving.
