And the Secretary of Agriculture is hereby authorized to furnish to such institutions or individuals ` as may care to buy them copies of the card index of agricultural literature prepared by the Office of Experiment Stations, and charge for the same a rice covering the additional expense involved in the preparation of these copies, and he is hereby authorized to apply the monm$,§'*°“"“'“‘ ””‘ cys received towar the expense of the preparation of the index. And Hawaii. the Secretar of Agriculture is hereby authorized to expend fifteen thousand dollars of which sum to establish and maintain an agricultural station in the Hawaiian Islands, including the erection of buildings, the printing (in the Hawaiian Islands), illustration, and distribu- · tion of reports and bulletins, and all other expenses essential to the P¤¤¤ Rm- maintenance of said station.
