Be it enacted by the Senate and [Muse of Representative.s of the United gL'{,'{Q“fi*{,§’;‘°.,l§;;j,{; States ofzlmerica in Congress assembled, That the Saint Clair Terminal mn rmnem com- Railroad Company, a corporation existing under the laws of the State £’{,{l{,J{’.°S’{,,lt§{l{,l€‘{3,{‘° of Pennsylvania, rs hereby authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a. railroad bridge, with one or more tracks. for railroad trathe across the Monongahela River from a point on the lands of the Saint Clair Steel Companv, located at Clairton Station, on the Pittsburg, Virginia and (J arleston Railroad on the west bank of the Monongahela River, to a point opposite thereto on the east bank of U { r _1 said river between Bellbrrdge Station and Patterson Station, on the °° ° """’·°'“‘ P1ttSbU1'g and Lake Erie Railroad. The said bridge, when built in accordance with the requirements of this Act, shall be a legal structure and may be used for railroad and highway purposes.
