Y CHAP. 1.-An Act To continue the Industrial Commission until February fif- D¢¤¢¤1>€¤‘ 14. 1901- teentb, nineteen hundred and two. “TP{,`,;BQ’§{j‘"‘ Be it enacted by the Senate and House 3fRq>resentatives of the United States of America in Congress assemble , That the Industrial Commis— m1:<1¤¤¤'1¤1 C<>¤¤¤1¤· sion authorized by "An Act authorizing the appointment of a nonpar— rdwemwuususaw tisan commission to collate information and to consider and recommend F‘¥?,;§°,;,{°g?‘,·,6_ legislation to meet the problems presented by labor, agriculture, and eapital,” approved June eighteenth, eighteen hundred and ninety- eight, and amended by "An Act making appropriation for the sundry "<>r W- P- 111*- civil expenses of the Government for the iiscal year ending June thirtieth, nineteen hundred, and for other purposes," approved March third, eighteen hundred and ninety-nine, is hereby continued until February fifteenth, nineteen hundred and two, with all the powers and duties imposed upon it l£ said Acts; and for salaries of commissioners, ·*PP’°P"’°“°"· secretary, disbursingi officer, stenographers, messengers, rent, miscellaneous expenses, an printing the sum of nine thousand seven hundred and fifty dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated. Be it enacted by the Senate and House OfR8]}7’68€Hbdb2-@68 of the United States of America in Congress assmnbled, That the sum of ten thousand ?Y>11¤1:}_¤{1¤·~ I r dollars is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not mxligligu oilglorrg. otherwise appropriated, to supply a deficiency in the appropriation made for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and two., for furnishin transcripts of records and plats, General Land Office, to be ex ndeg under the direction of the Secretary of the Interior: Provided?
