[Pm1m` N0` 506.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rtpresentatifves of the United £§,fQ;f,I;b;.§§Q§§; States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the nsion roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension lfws, the name o Pheobe L. Peyton, widow of Jacob M. Peyton, late of Company C, Ninth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Cavalry, and captain Company I, One hundred and forty-eighth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
