ML] States of America in Congress assembled, Thfat the Secretary of the },‘Q§;f,‘§,1‘§,,’jQ(Q‘8$,;,d Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the ` pension roll, subject to the rovisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Minnie E. IKing, widow of Charles A. E. King, late lieutenant, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty-five dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving, and two dollars per month additional on account of the minor child of said Charles A. E. King until he reaches the age of sixteen years. Approved, March 10, 1902. CHAP, 177.-jAn Act To confirm title to lot one, square eleven hundred and Marchw, 1902. thirteen, in Washington, District of Columbia. Block, her heirs and assigns forever, all the °°]°° 1* “‘*“"° um right, title. and interest, whether legal or equitable, of the United States of America in and to all that lot or parcel of ground situated in the city of Washington, District of Columbia, and known on the ground plan of said city as lot numbered one, in s uare eleven hundred and thirteen, upon the payment by the said Jdlianna C. Block of such a sum as the said Secretary of the Interior shall deem just and equitable: Provided, That the said Johanna C. Block pay to the proper officer of xmthe District of Columbia aH taxes heretofore assessed against said °“' property, both general and special, now unpaid and standing against said property.
