Lawson, of Hickman County, Tennessee, the sum of two hundred and thirty-seven dollars and ninety-six cents, being the balance owing to him for services rendered as 'nited States ma1l carrier on route numbered ten thousand and thirteen, Tennessee, from January iirstto November twenty-ninth, eighteen hundred and sixty-one, and said sum will be paid out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
