Chap. 736.—An Act Granting an increase of pension to Louis Groverman.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Louis Groverman, late of Company C, First Regiment United States Infantry, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Chap. 737.—An Act Granting an increase of pension to William H. Collingwood.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William H. Collingwood, late regimental commissary-sergeant, Fourth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Rebecca Hankins, widow of Nimrod Hankins, late of Captains Steward and Hunter’s company, Tennessee Militia, war of eighteen hundred and twelve, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Sarah L. Augur, widow of William H. Augur, late first lieutenant and regimental quartermaster Seventh Regiment Connecticut Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
