Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Benjamin F. Evans, late of Company K, First Regiment United States Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty-six dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

B. Thompson, late of Company B, Eleventh Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
