Chap. 1257.—An Act Granting an increase of pension to William F. Thompson.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William F. Thompson, late of Company K, Forty-eighth Regiment Missouri Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Phillip Duttenhaver, late of Company L, Fifteenth Regiment, and Company L, Tenth Regiment, Illinois Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Daniel, late of Company D. Sixtieth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Fishback, late of Company G, One hundred and fifty-second Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
