No- 1349.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United m,bmw,,,,m,,,_ States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the P¢¤¤i¤¤ i¤¤~¤¤¤¤· Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the nsion roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension liecws, the name of Robert Vi hitman, late of Company I, Sixty-eighth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate ‘ of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now_ receiving. Approved, April 23, 1904.

Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Catherine Bowsher, widow of Jesse Bowsher, late captain Company IT, F ifty-fifth Retgiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate 0 twelve dollars per_ month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
