Smith, widow of Abner Smith, late of Company E, First Regiment Georgia Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. . . g Approved, April 23, 1904. aHri1R23,1i5s;0{.
