States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the ’°““’°"‘“°’°“'°‘* Interior be, and he is here y, authorized and directed to place on the ‘ pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of John B. Tucker, late of Company E, Fifteenth Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Cavalry, and pay l11m a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per mouth in lieu of that e is now receiving. Approved, April 23, 1904.

 CHAP. 1546.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Samuel D. Satterly.
