Ne 1394-] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the [Dated Gm ,W_Gyg,,_ States of America in Ocngress assembled, That the Secretary of the P<=¤;€>¤ i¤<=¤¤¤¤d- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the nsion roll, subgect to the provisions and limitations of the pension liigws, the name o George W. Gyger, late of Company B, Fifty-third Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 23, 1904.

 CHAP. 1555.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Amanda M. Morse.

pension roll, subject to the Nprovisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Amanda . Morse, widow of David A. _Morse, late assistant surgeon, One hundred and twenty-fourth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. _ Approved, April 23, 1904.

Long, late major, Sixth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 23, 1904.
