 CHAP. 1669.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mary Ann Phipps.

Na 14804 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of ltqzreseretatives of the United uu, mmm States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the 1’¤¤¤¤¤¤¤i¤¤¤••¤1 Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the ‘ pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension ws, the name of Mary Ann Phmps, widow of David Phipps, late of Captain Sellers’s company, Third egiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, war with Mexico, an pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. ‘ Approved, April 27, 1904. '
