Johnson, late of Company L, IFIPSC Missouri State Militia Cavalry, and play him a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month in lieu of that e is now receiving. Nc. 1526-] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rq;resentatives of the Matted km W_ Ache, States ofAmev·ica in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Pension increased- Interior be, and he is here y, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Isaac W. Acker, late of Company E, Twenty—iirst Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.  CHAP. 1716.-—-An Act Granting a pension to Ellen Cain. ·

N0. 1527-] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United mm Cam States of Ame7·ica in Ocngress assembled, That the Secretary of the P¤n¤i¤¤- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ellen Cain, widow of Cornelius Cain, late of Company M, Fourth Regiment United States Artillery, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, April 27, 1904.

 CHAP. 1717.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to Edward M. Shepard.

Shepard, late of Company I, Seventeenth Regiment Vermont Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at therate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
