 Be it enacted by the Senate and Hbuss of Rqn·esentatives of the United

Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the nsion roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the dpension liiews, the name of Henry A. Davies, late landsman, Unite States Navy, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. ,, Approved, April 27, 1904. apr; CHAP. 1742.-An Act Granting a pension to Isabella McDowell.
