Chap. 1879.—An Act Granting an increase of pension to William M. Lang.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William M. Lang, late of Captain Snell’s independent company, Florida Mounted Volunteers, Seminole Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Fanny A. Hutchason, widow of Hutty M. Hutchason, late of Troop C, Third Regiment United States Dragoons, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jeremiah Gill, late of Captain Johnson’s company, Colonel Bailey’s Regiment, Florida Mounted Volunteers, Seminole Indian war, and pay him a pension at the rate of Sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Commons, late of Company G, First Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Infantry, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
