 CHAP. 1908.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to George W. Kinsey.

Nm 1642] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of R¥n·esentatw}ves of the United w_K,,,,,y_ States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the g:£¤i¤¤¤¤•¤¤¤- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the rlpension laws, the name of Geor W. Kinsey, late of Company B, wenty- sixth Regiment New Jgiisey Volunteer Infantry, an pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he 1S now receiving. Approved, April 28, 1904.
