No- 1765-] Be it enacted by the Senate and Ease of Representatives of the United B_H.,,¤ _ States of America in Congress assembled, lhat the Secretary of the g¤9%¤i¤¢¤¤3· Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension _ws, the name of Georg}; . Hartley, late of Company K, Seventy— ninth Regiment Indiana olunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
