Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of William Neuberg, late of Company B, One hundred and seventy-fifth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Daniel White, late of Company N, Sixth Regiment West Virginia Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Yount, widow of David Yount, late captain Companies H and C, Sixty-ninth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
