N0·1¤~] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of RrK1~esentatives of the United James D_mwm_ States of America in Congress assembled, at the Secretary of the Pe¤¤¤¤ i¤<=¤¤¤¤¢¤- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the rovisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of James D. Stewart, late of Company B, First Regiment Mississippi Riiles, war Wlth Mexico, and pag him a pension at

the rate of twenty dollars per month in l1eu of that e IS now receivmg..—An Act Granting a pension to {{{grantee}}}.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of {{{grantee}}}, {{{quality}}}, and pay him a pension at the rate of {{{rate}}} dollars per month.
