GHAP. 562.—.An Act For the relief of Noah Dillard. reglmaqssbggm, Be it enacted by the Senate and [{0use of Represen.mt2°2•es af the United [rl-mrs, No. 501.] States of America in Congress assembled, That the Commissioners of the mh Dmud District of Columbia be, and they are here by, authorized and directed Payment w. ` to pay to Noah Dillard the sum of three hundred and three dollars and twelve cents, or so much thereof as may be found due him for labor performed and material furnished under contracts dated duly, eighteen hundred and seventy-two, and August seventh, eighteen hundred and seventy-three, and entered into by the board of public works of the District of Columbia and Noah Dillard and Parker Moulton, contractors, which contracts were numbered, respectively, number three hundred and eighty-eight and numbered eight undre and twenty-one, and now on file in the office of the Commissioners of the District of Columbia, ther with all extensions and assignments of said contracts known
