{emma, xo. 625.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatm2es of the United Jmeyohm States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Pension-Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and d1rected to place on the · nsion roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the PGIISIOII lizews, the name of Jane Johns, widow of William W. Johns, lateof Captain J ernigan’s company, Florida Volunteers, Seminole Indian disturbance of eighteen hundred and forty-nine to eighteen hundred and fifty-two, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of {{{grantee}}}, {{{quality}}}, and pay him a pension at the rate of {{{rate}}} dollars per month.
