Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and d1rected to place on the ' nsion roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension lhews, the name of William . Hill, late of Comrpany B, One hundred and thirty-eighth Regiment Illinois Volunteer nfantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
