Favidson, late of Company G, Third Regiment West Vir inia Volunteer Infantry and second lieutenant Comny B, Sixth Ilegiment West Virginia Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month m lieu of that he is now receiving.
