Be it enacted by t/oe Senate and House of Rr?>r·esentatives of the United [Private, Nc. 102s.] States of America in Uongress assembled, That the Secretary of the 0,,,m,m,,,_ Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the P°¤¤*°¤*”°'“°°‘· pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension ws, the name of Oscar Hinkley, late of Company I, One hundred and twentgénmth Regunent Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and Company D, First giment Mississippi Marine Brigade Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension.at the rate of thirty ollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
