States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the i>£5fs'ii>¤iii¤$>li1eI»i§’€aiBZ Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pla.ce on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of James M. Shippee, late of Company F, Fift Regiment, and Company K, Thirtieth Regiment, Michigan Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension et the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
