Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatéves of the United (Private, No. mo.] States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Umm w_w·m,_ Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the Pensicuincreased. pension roll, subject to th%`provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ormon . Walsh, late of Company I, Tent Regiment Minnesota Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate
