Be it enacted by the Senate and House of R?T686%bdbbU68 of the United [*""'“*°· N°· lm-] States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the much w_S,,1,.,,._ Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the P°¤¤*°¤*¤°¤=¤¤°d- pension roll, subject to thinprovisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Francis . Seeley, late first lieutenant Company K, Fourth Regiment United States Artillery, and pay him a pension at

the rate of forty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving..—An Act Granting a pension to {{{grantee}}}.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of {{{grantee}}}, {{{quality}}}, and pay him a pension at the rate of {{{rate}}} dollars per month.

Koonce, of the Third Congressional district of the State of North Carolina, the sum of one thousand dollars, as amount of expenses incurred by him as contestant for a seat in the Fifty-third Congress
